Website and Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on Website and Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain and improve our company website while helping us expand our online visibility, lead generation, distributor network, and sales channels.

A primary responsibility of this position will be creating and modifying website pages using the Odoo Website Builder and its WYSIWYG editor. This role will also help develop and present practical digital marketing strategies involving Google Ads, SEO, content, distributor outreach, and new online sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and improve website pages using the Odoo WYSIWYG Website Builder.
  • Build landing pages, product pages, forms, menus, banners, and other website content.
  • Make sure website content is accurate, visually consistent, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate.
  • Test website links, forms, layouts, and calls to action.
  • Conduct keyword research and make on-page SEO improvements.
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, internal links, and website content.
  • Monitor website traffic, search visibility, leads, and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the company’s rankings and online visibility.
  • Develop and present strategies for Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Recommend campaign keywords, audiences, budgets, landing pages, ad messaging, and performance goals.
  • Research potential distributors, marketplaces, referral partners, and other sales channels.
  • Assist with outreach materials and strategies for recruiting new distributors.
  • Evaluate new e-commerce, industry, and online sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with company leadership and the sales team.
  • Track key performance indicators such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, search rankings, advertising performance, and return on ad spend.
  • Present recommendations and progress updates in a clear, practical format.

Required qualifications

  • Experience creating or modifying websites with Odoo or another CMS/WYSIWYG website editor.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and search engine optimization.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize projects and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to research opportunities and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, and performance results.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and take ownership of projects.

Relevant experience may come from employment, internships, freelance work, academic projects, student organizations, or personal projects.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with the Odoo Website Builder.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, or Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with keyword research and SEO tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience creating landing pages or marketing content.
  • Experience with e-commerce, distributor development, channel marketing, or business development.
  • A portfolio or examples of websites, campaigns, or marketing projects.

  • The website becomes easier to use and more effective at generating inquiries.
  • Organic search visibility and qualified website traffic improve.
  • Marketing recommendations are supported by research and measurable goals.
