Display Cabinet Glass

A lot of people wonder what kind of glass is used for a display case, or what the safest most secure glass might be. Having a display case being damaged is a display case owner's worst nightmare. In many cases, including Tecno Display, we use tempered glass as the primary glass for all of our flat cases. Curved glass may not be tempered in many cases because it is a difficult process for glass manufacturers due to the curvature of the piece. Either way, tempered glass is the ideal glass for display cases as it is stronger and will not break into glass shards, making it safer to handle.
