Welcome back to our Snapshot Series! Today's product comparisons will be discussing museum style display cases. These lockable wood and glass display cabinets are prized for their combination of security and visual appeal. Our museum showcases come in all sorts of shapes and sizes—with various finishing designs and organizational factors. Don't worry about trying to memorize all of the options, we've made it simpler than that. Each week, we will compare the product specifications from a few our our most popular display cases. 

  • MU131

    • Presented in the upper left-hand corner of the image above, showing a Concrete Groovz timberline laminate finish, silver edge banding, and a frameless glass enclosure.

    • The rectangular glass top of this free standing display case balances on two wooden legs. This display unit comes standard with a pneumatic locking mechanism, which does not require an electrical outlet. Likewise, its modest design style allows it to fit seamlessly into any type of exhibition.

    • Standard features include: Tempered glass, dustproofing, a lift-off glass top, and pneumatic locking system.

    • Additions: LED pole lights, an LED light bar, and fabric wrapped floorboards.

    • This corner display cabinet also comes standard with a pneumatic locking mechanism. The frameless design of this glass display creates clear sightlines to the artifacts within. This style of case is ideal for exhibiting an individual collection that has numerous pieces.

    • Standard features include: Tempered glass, dustproofing, a lift-off glass top, a toe kick, and pneumatic locking system.

    • This square museum pedestal display comes with a removable and lockable glass top area, creating an easy access point for staff. It is frequently used as a single trophy display case due to its compact size. 

    • Standard features include: Tempered glass, dustproofing, a lift-off glass top, a toe kick, and pneumatic locking system.

    • Additions: LED pole lights and fabric wrapped floorboards.

    • Dimensions: 20" Width X 20" Depth X 52" Height

  • MU130

    • Presented in the lower right-hand corner of the image above, showing a Montana Walnut fine grain laminate finish, black edge banding, and a frameless glass enclosure.

    • This large wall display case is fully airtight, has a removable glass top, and a pneumatic locking mechanism. Its lengthy width makes it ideal for exhibiting artifacts from multiple collections within one unit.
