| WARRANTY |
Tecno will repair or replace, at our discretion, any electrical part found to be defective within two years from the original date of delivery. Such replacement parts do not extend the warranty period. This warranty does not cover any labor required to replace defective parts since our products are designed to be customer serviceable. In no event will a defective part(s) be justifiable cause for an entire showcase replacement.
Should you experience problems with your Tecno showcase, please call our customer service so that we may help you to trouble shoot the problem. Our showcases are factory tested and inspected prior to shipping, but in the rare event there is a problem, we shall help you to resolve the issue. Based on your discussions with Tecno, if it is determined there is a defective part, Tecno will provide you with a return authorization number to return the item to us. Replacement will be sent in the same method as the return was sent. Defective parts must be returned to Tecno in order for us to issue a new part.
Tecno’s limited warranty does not cover broken glass or mirrors, damaged locks or lost keys, burnt out light fixtures, broken casters, damaged cords, damaged switches, general mishandling, or any part where identification numbers have been altered. Tecno’s warranty is void if any other products are used other than Tecno parts. Please be aware that lamp wattage should never exceed the original wattage that comes with the showcase, doing so will cause damage.
Please be aware that showcase instructions need to be read prior to usage. Any damages occurring due to incorrect assembly or usage are not covered by Tecno’s warranty. In tower cases, wall showcases, and shadow boxes, electrical components are placed in the top canopy of the showcase, and a perforated grid is placed on top for proper ventilation. Do not block or inhibit the ventilation process. If the ventilation process is impeded due to misuse by the customer, Tecno declines responsibility for any resulting damages to the showcase or other items.
All other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Warranty covers original owners only; warranty is void if sold to another user.

| DELIVERY |
Upon placing order, a Tecno salesperson will provide an estimated ship date. Tecno shall not be liable for delays caused by the shipping company or for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Tecno. If requesting an inside delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to calculate whether the product will fit inside the business or residence and will go through the door. Tecno is not responsible for any special handling charges assessed by courier due to customer request upon delivery. The following special delivery services are available (except for those items shipped UPS or RPS) for an additional charge: inside delivery, residential area deliveries, “two man delivery” (for extra large cases or more than one), uncrating and debris removal and full-service blanket wrapped moving company. Your Tecno salesperson can assist you with detailed information about special delivery pricing and your requirements. All prices are FOB Hayward, California.

| FREIGHT
DAMAGE |
Tecno products are shipped completely pre-assembled in heavy duty shipping containers or blanket wrapped by moving company. Damage to the freight is very unlikely, but in the event damage occurs during transit the following measures must be taken. The customer must inspect the showcase before signing for delivery. Any freight damage or manufacturing defects must be reported to Tecno’s customer service within 48 hours after delivery. All damaged freight must be refused from the freight company and must be noted on the bill of lading. Tecno is not responsible for any freight that is accepted clear of damages. For damages pertaining to UPS, please call Tecno’s customer service for claim assistance. The customer is responsible for filing any freight damage claims arising from an inside delivery. Tecno is not responsible for any freight that is re-routed by the customer. Tecno declines any responsibility for product shipped via the customer’s own freight forwarder. If customer elects to use their own freight forwarder, Tecno strongly suggests the purchase of ample insurance to cover the product with a minimum of $5 per pound.

| DESIGN
DRAWINGS |
Tecno is a manufacturer of showcases and does not specialize in design services. Tecno is not responsible for the fitting and layout of fixtures. Showcases built per customer’s design drawings must be specified on the purchase order. Drawings must be precise with accurate measurements. In case of a dispute arisen by the interpretation of the drawing, TECNO’s interpretation will prevail. Please make sure the interpretation is correct. If customer has special design requests, these requests need to be precise, including but not limited to, color scheme, electrical requirements, measurements, and tolerances. Tecno will only build showcases with Tecno hardware. It is not possible to use the customer’s own hardware or lighting systems. A standard anodized aluminum frame color will be matched with the laminate color chosen, if no other is requested. Additional charges may apply for changes. For showcases made with a wood grain Tecno retains sole discretion of grain direction unless specified. All Solid wood requests are to be fully detailed. Tecno cannot guarantee full reproduction of a wood finish purchased earlier. Wood batch, aging, temperature, and light are differential factors of look. Tecno Display has attempted to represent the product in this catalog as precisely as possible. Any questions should be immediately directed to Tecno Display. In case of a dispute arisen from interpretation of this catalog, TECNO’s interpretation will prevail. Tecno reserves the right to photograph Tecno cases at any location and to use photographs in advertising and/or marketing.

| PAYMENT
TERMS |
There is no exchange or return of any of our products. All sales are final. Under special circumstances to be set by Tecno, any merchandise that is authorized for return must be received by Tecno before any credit can be issued. Tecno needs to secure payment prior to producing any showcases except for customers with payment terms. Orders cannot be cancelled. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. Change order, if possible, might accrue fees and price increase if the change is made in time. If a showcase is fully or partially manufactured at the time of the change order a new case might have to be made and a charge will be made for this.
All orders must be prepaid in full including freight prior to shipping date. Tecno accepts credit cards but reserves the right to request method of payment. If a credit card is used for purchase, customer agrees not to dispute the charge with the credit card company, but directly with Tecno. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be assessed on all accounts that are past due. A service charge of $30 will be assessed on all returned checks. Each showcase ordered and delayed by the customer over two weeks is subject to a $50 storage fee per month. Our maximum paid storage period is ninety days after which customer will be required to take delivery. After said period merchandise will be considered as unclaimed and disposed of or sold to the highest bidder. Blanket orders for drop shipments can be stored for a maximum of three months and will be billed on a ten days payment terms if they are still in Tecno warehouse after that period. Storage fees can apply or merchandise can be shipped directly to customer or, if not advisable, Tecno reserves the right to dispose of this order at its sole discretion. In the event the customer does not render payment to Tecno within Tecno’s terms and conditions, the customer shall be liable for interest at the highest rate allowable under California law and all cost of collection including, but not limited to, legal fees, court costs, and collection fees. Customer grants Tecno a security interest in all goods shipped until such time as all money due to Tecno has been paid in full. Any discounts given at the time of sale will be void if the invoice has not been paid in full within the credit terms.
The sale of merchandise by Tecno is a sale on consignment in accordance with the uniform commercial code and is the property of Tecno until merchandise is paid for in full at which time title passes to the customer. Customer’s contract with Tecno is governed and interpreted under California law. All court hearings to be heard in Alameda County.

| LIABILITY |
Tecno shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for loss, damage or expense directly arising from customer’s use of or inability to use the showcase either separately or in combination with other equipment. Tecno shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, destruction of other property, or from any other cause.
