Working closely with your sales department, we can develop a customized version of our showcases that meets the specific needs of your company. Customization may include special color laminates, wood stains, moldings, enhancements in as well as company logo with decals, silk-screen or glass etching. We will recommend a lighting system designed to best promote your product. We can also design a completely unique and custom display for your products.

Your base price will vary depending on the specific requirements & features of your company’s showcases. We will keep in mind that the cost of your display should be directly related to the total value of the merchandise package it will promote. Starting from this base price a Tecno Display sales representative will be happy to work out a cost plan which includes discounts for larger blanket purchase orders. The more you buy, the more you save!

We can design and manufacture promotional display showcases, such as free standing towers, wall showcases, jewelry counter styles, and countertops. We are able to produce from simple designs to intricate configurations. You are welcome to submit your plans and line drawings to us. We will help you to come up with answers and solutions that make sense from a marketing and economical perspective. We are striving to cooperate with you in developing your brand's name.

Upon receipt of your first blanket purchase order Tecno Display will manufacture your order in 4-5 weeks! Showcases will be invoiced when drop shipped. Terms are Net 30 days upon credit approval.

Release requests will ship from California within 2 – 3 days. Transit time is 2 – 7 days based on distance from CA. We do require our freight carriers to make contact with recipient prior to delivery. Tecno will regularly report all shipment information to you via a shipping log such as quantity remaining on blanket order, each and all shipment dates, quantity, ship to name, address, freight co. with bill of lading reference #’s. Receiving instructions will be faxed to your customers by fax or e- mail as provided.

We do realize that drop shipping your showcase on time is essential so that it will meet your products at the point of retail satisfactorily.

Promotional Program Procedures for Manufacturers

The following procedures clarify the promotional program that is available to manufacturers for their retail dealers and other representatives. Four separate processes are outlined below - Ordering, Shipping, Storage, and Catalog sheet.
Ordering
Once the original PO has been finalized and submitted, TECNO will manufacture your order in 4-5 weeks!

Shipping
For your convenience, TECNO is delighted to be able to offer you drop-shipping arrangements. Showcases may be sent directly from TECNO to your retailers and representatives. TECNO will provide you with drop ship order forms where you can designate the specific destination for each of your showcases, including the name of the contact, phone number, fax number, e. mail etc. for more accurate delivery.
From the time that we receive your shipping request, TECNO requires 2 to 3 days in which to prepare your shipment. Each case is specially packaged to insure safe delivery and to make it easy for the receiving company to identify any damages that may have occurred immediately upon receipt. In addition, showcases may be shipped directly to you, and you in turn can reship to your customers.
The actual transit time from TECNO warehouse to your retail store account may be from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping company and distance. (TECNO uses Freight Trucking Carriers and UPS or Federal Express for smaller cases). Please review our shipping instructions and company policy at the time you place your order, and call us with any questions you may have. Would you please submit to us the freight carrier of your choice and open an account with them. Tecno may recommend some freight forwarders with a proven track record.
Storage
We will store in our warehouse your whole Purchase order quantity for a period up to ninety days so that your promo cases can be shipped promptly. Should there be any showcase left after ninety days we will require that you pay for the balance due on the remaining items and that you instruct us where to ship them. Storage after ninety days will be charged. Tecno can provide reusable crates for all our showcases. During your trade shows you will be able to transfer and ship your cases practically and safely. Standard freight rates do not apply to these shipments since freight forwarders have specific charges for convention sites deliveries. As an alternative you may want to use a moving company and blanket wrapped shipments for your trade shows.

Catalog Sheet
The success of your merchandise-display package greatly depends on how quickly and efficiently your sales representatives and customers know about it. Should you decide to have a catalog sheet made of your package please notify us. All you need to do is ship an assortment of sample products to us. We will have your items displayed in your promo case and a photo taken at our own premises since we do have your showcase in stock. This can be done at a reasonable cost to you and with the least inconvenience.
