Custom cash counters

Why should you give your choice of  cash counter a lot of thought? Simple — because it draws the fine line between losing a customer and closing a sale. A poorly designed checkout counter is a recipe for lost profit. The logic is pretty basic — give your customers a pleasant experience while shopping around and they will keep coming back, but give them crowded spaces, long queues, and a generally awful shopping experience, and you can expect never to see them again. Here is where custom cash counters play a big part. They provide functionality and can truly meet the needs of different types of stores. Tecno Display offers excellent customization services, along with readymade cash wraps to meet the requirements of any retailer.

Small stores like clothing boutiques that don’t expect large swarms of customers will do well with just one checkout lane. However, larger stores like grocery and hardware stores will need two or more bigger and more accommodating checkout counters to manage larger crowds of shoppers and the bulky items they buy.

Tecno Display can provide you with just the right custom cash counters for your store, whether you want counters with built in storage for shopping bags and other utilities, one with drawers and compartments, or even one that can hold the cash register together with all other necessary equipment to manage an efficient checkout lane.

Space is very important when designing a checkout counter. This is why it is essential to note space saving features when customizing your units. Notice how grocery checkout counters have contours? This is to provide and open up ample space for movement — both for the grocery personnel (cashier and bagger, for example) as well as the customer. These cash counters are also spacious and sturdy enough to hold bulk purchases. Smaller stores can make do of simple table-sized checkout counters, especially when selling small items that don’t take up much space. Cash counters also have built in storage for shopping bags that come in the form of drawers or built in dispensers or something as simple as a dedicated slot that gives access to these store commodities.

And you do not have to systematically place your cash counter wrap next to a glass jewelry showcase. Instead get a nicely made one and place it by itself in a separate area by your front door. You may also install a discreet square glass free standing tower right next to it.

Yes such as pull out trays, drawers, preset drilled holes for your electrical, adjustable shelving, hinged doors storage or simply cubby holes that can be manufactured within your display cabinet. There are so many options you can go for trying to customize your cash counter. You should spend some time reflecting on really knowing what you will use it for and what your needs are.

I like the one with the recessed top all the way from right to left on the front of your custom counter case.
This will allow your customers and prospects to stand against it without feeling all the angles of the cabinetry. And more comfort means more time in the store. More time in your store also may mean more spending.

From very small to large cash counters or cashwraos Tecno will accomodate all your needs. They produce some small wraps which are like podiums in as well as very long long and intricate ones that are more like bars. What we call cash counters is in fact very generic. It covers many types of millwork and solid wood cabinetry. Cash wraps are generally where you end up meeting people, should it be customers, friends or co workers. In that respect a lot of options and details have to be considered when building ones. The folks at Tecno and their customer service are very trained and will answer most of your questions.

Being functional is what a cash counter wrap should be in the first place. Having all the storage, drawers, compartments and partitions built in the cabinetry that you need and use every day in your operations.

So many business use custom cash counters. You see them everywhere. At the hardware store, grocery store, jewelry store, hospitals. This is basically the spot, the area where you settle to put your paperwork in order, to count your receipts etc… So a good and practical cash counter should allow enough space to fullfill these tasks.

Even in my grocery store I am using some counter cashwraps. I have them close to the front door entrance and I basically used them as writing desks but also to display some promotional materials. I had them custom made for the occasion and they have proved to be convenient. Having a company able to custom make your cash counters is so very useful.

Well up to a few years ago they were manufacturing mostly modern look glass display cases but now Tecno has come up with a new range of museum glass cases that are all solid wood veneer with many stain finishes. the finish on the cabinet is beautifull with all the grain and wood details coming out strong. also I noticed that they have expanded quite a bit their collection of wall hung shadow boxes and of trophy cases should they be free standing glass towers or simply large wall glass showcases with dividers. Nice to see that they are expanding their offering.

Custom cash counters or cashwraps where you can have many drawers built in are very effective. Especially if you can have your manufacturer build full rows of drawers within your display cabinet.
drawers can be built in many sizes and depths. They will sllow you to store your merchandise, extra stock or let’say stationery in impeccable order. For example you could have also some cubby holes built in the back side of your custom counter and that would help you store some gift boxes for collectibles or jewelry items for example. Many customized options are available and you should consult the folks at Tecno Display.
