RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MOUNTING SHADOWBOX TO WALL

Shadowbox is equipped with self tapping screws for metal or wooden studs. 

Have someone hold the shadowbox against the wall in desired position. Mark wall at sides, top and bottom of case. Locate studs in wall. Measure from right or left mark to studs. Drill ¼” holes in top and base back of wooden cabinet. Have someone hold shadowbox while you screw directly to wall with screws provided. Screw first bottom cabinet of the shadowbox and then top cabinet.

Do not remove below support before bottom and top cabinets are fully screwed to the wall.

You can also use contact adhesive to attach to wall along with the screws.

In addition you might want to place a small shelf or L brackets underneath the shadowbox to make it even more secure.
